Exchange Policy: If you would like to make an exchange, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery in order to receive exchange authorization. Customers will be given a store credit that does not expire. Please provide your full name, order number, and return for exchange. Customers are responsible fore return postage fees unless item has been damaged before/during delivery or there has been a shipping mistake by us. Please include your order number on your return package. NOTE: We reserve the right to refuse any unapproved returns.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), that also includes any type of items from our Vintage Collection. We also do not accept returns for any type of sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
